GCP completes partnership investment in CloudRock

20 May 2024, London – Growth Capital Partners (”GCP”), a leading UK investor specialising in the knowledge economy with a focus on businesses operating in the technology and services sectors, is pleased to announce its successful partnership-led investment in CloudRock, the leading independent ERP digital transformation business and global Workday partner.

CloudRock, founded in 2017, is a global leader in client-side Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) advisory, implementation, and managed services, providing advice and support to global enterprises as they digitally transform their HR and finance functions.

With offices in London, Lisbon, Mumbai, Sydney, and New York, CloudRock is one of a small number of global Workday partners and has partnerships with other established ERP vendors, including ServiceNow, Oracle, and Dayforce. CloudRock has been on an outstanding growth journey and as such is recognised as one of the FT’s 1000 Fastest Growing Companies in 2023 across Europe.

The partnership between GCP and CloudRock will support the business in continuing its outstanding growth in the UK, expansion internationally, and further investment in CloudRock’s talent and its technology partnerships with best-in-class vendors.

Minos Ataliotis, Founder & CEO at CloudRock said: “CloudRock has been on an amazing journey to date, capitalising on the market’s move to cloud based HCM and Finance software, and the need to have a trusted adviser “customer side”, growing alongside leading SaaS vendors such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle and Dayforce. We are excited to partner with a forward-thinking investor with a proven track record of success, that understands our sector and could clearly evidence how they would help CloudRock evolve to the next level.

Together, we have outlined our ambition to rapidly scale and create a leading international transformation partner, as the largest independent advisory operating on a global basis in the HR and Finance space. We are all looking forward to working collaboratively with GCP as we embark on this exciting phase of growth.”

Alex Thomson, Partner at GCP said: ”We have been following CloudRock for a number of years; their differentiated positioning in the growing ERP digital transformation market, and exceptional technology partnerships have clearly driven fantastic growth. As soon as we met the CloudRock management team, we were impressed, and knew they were a group of leaders we could partner with and add a huge amount of value in areas we know well – growing exceptional teams, preserving culture at scale and internationalising growth. We are very excited to work with CloudRock and build on their success to date to create a globally recognised technology leader.”
